About Dr. Bruce

My method is pretty straightforward.

Hi, I’m Dr. Bruce Parsons.

You might say I’ve worn a few different hats in my lifetime. I’ve been in active duty military law enforcement (Air Force EST), a private security contractor, and a civilian firefighter and paramedic. These roles taught me a lot about resilience, pressure, and the toll trauma can take on both body and mind. But I didn’t stop there—I became a psychologist to help others navigate these same challenges, because I know firsthand how overwhelming they can be.

My Journey with Mental Health

After experiencing my own struggles with PTSD, I realized just how interconnected trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress really are. They don’t exist in isolation—each one feeds off the other. That’s why I’m passionate about getting to the root of what’s going on, instead of just treating symptoms. I’ve walked the road myself, and I want to help others get the answers and relief they deserve, without the long wait times or bureaucracy that usually comes with mental health care

My Approach: No Fluff, Just Results

My method is pretty straightforward. I don’t believe in wasting time. I’ve developed an efficient, results-driven process for psychological assessments that cuts through the red tape—no insurance delays, no unnecessary sessions.

My method is pretty straightforward. I don’t believe in wasting time. I’ve developed an efficient, results-driven process for psychological assessments that cuts through the red tape—no insurance delays, no unnecessary sessions.

Whether it’s PTSD, anxiety, depression, or something else, we’ll figure out what’s going on and get your results to you fast. The sooner you know what’s going on, the sooner we can tackle it.

I believe mental health care should be simple, direct, and effective. We don’t have time for endless therapy loops—you’ve got a life to live, and I’m here to help you get back to it.

The Interconnection of Trauma, Anxiety, and Depression

When it comes to mental health, nothing happens in a vacuum. Trauma often triggers anxiety, anxiety can fuel depression, and depression makes everything feel heavier. This cycle can feel impossible to break, but trust me, it’s not. I work to untangle this web and provide tailored solutions that address the whole picture. The goal? To get you feeling like yourself again, quicker than you thought possible.

And don’t worry—I get it. Talking about mental health doesn’t come easy, especially for those who’ve spent years toughing it out in high-pressure environments. But I’m not here to hand you tissues and ask you how you feel—I’m here to listen, understand, and guide you through a process that works.

Let’s cut through the noise and get you the help you need. I’ve been there, and I’m ready to help you get to the other side.
